Orders received into the Sales Office for processing on a Monday or Tuesday morning will normally be delivered same week - orders received at all other times orders are normally delivered within 5 working days - this applies to Mainland UK. Exceptions to our standard deliveries may occur to some Customers situated in the Highlands and Islands. Other delays may occur over Bank Holiday periods.
