Our Website

We welcome consumers to browse the full Gardman range of products and brands online. Whilst only registered trade customers are able to log in and place bulk orders for their retail stores and garden centres. We’ve enabled our full range of products to be showcased to enable end users to browse the Gardman catalogue online.

Non-trade customers are able to do the following;

Existing Gardman Customer

If you are an existing Gardman trade customer and you would like to begin ordering online or want to enjoy the benefits of our Trade Hub, simply register here and our sales admin team will get back to you within 48 hours (excluding weekends) with your username and password details. All of your existing terms and conditions will apply.  

Returning Customer

Returning customers can simply log back in regularly via our log in buttons available in both the header and footer of the website. 

How do I register a new trade account?

To register for a new Gardman trade account, simply click the 'Register' link at the top of each page on the website, or ‘register right now!’. Registering a new trade account with Gardman online is quick and easy. Simply click on the register button and fill out all mandatory fields on our registration form and click submit.

New customers registering for an account online will have a request submitted to our team for approval. Providing you’re a bona fide retailer or re-seller, we will process your trade applications within 48 hours (excluding weekends). Successful applications will receive an email from the Gardman team confirming your account settings (username and password) and credit agreement with terms and conditions.

Your Gardman Online Account

Registered trade customers, once logged in, will access their dashboard page and receive a welcome message indicating you are now logged in and ready to order.

Forgotten your password?

If you've forgotten your password, just click on the Forgotten Password link underneath the log in fields, then simply enter your email address and click SUBMIT'. We'll then send you an email to your nominated email address containing a link that will allow you to reset your password online.

Account frozen or locked up?

If you forgot your password, and enter too many incorrect attempts, you may find your account becomes 'locked'. This is just to protect your data from anyone else trying to guess your password.

If this happens, you'll get an email message saying your account is locked when you try to sign in. Click the 'forgot your password' link and we'll then send you an email containing a link that will allow you to reset your password online.

If you've forgotten your password and no longer have access to the email address you used when creating your account, you'll need to create a new account.

Your Gardman account details are safe and secure

Don’t worry, your account is password protected, so nobody else can access or view your details. We recommend that you log out or be sure to close the browser after each session, especially if you use a PC in a public area or share a PC. This ensures that no one can access your account.

Start Browsing

Click on Browse Products Now which will enable you to start shopping the Gardman range of products. Use the tiled images on the home page to choose your category or brand, and use the main navigation menu to find Gardman’s categories and sub-categories.

Once on a category page, you can continue to refine your selection by using the left hand filter to continue to select your sub-categories.

Once you’ve landed on your selected sub-category page, you are now able to start placing your orders without having to go to every product page.  This is a convenient way for regular visitors to shop quickly.  However, if this is a first time product purchase for you, just simply click through to the detailed product page by clicking on the image or VIEW MORE.

The product page provides full details and specification for your chosen product including product codes and bar codes, product information, quantity break pricing table and much more.

When I place a trade order, how do I know it has been submitted?

When you request an order online, our system will automatically send you an Order Acknowledgement to the email address used to register your account. An email will also be sent to your assigned Agent so that they are made aware of your order.

However, if you do not receive an order confirmation within 30 minutes, check your junk mail folder or email our sales admin team stating your order reference at sales@gardman.co.uk Monday to Friday, between 9am – 5pm.

How do I pay for my order?

If you are an existing customer, your agreed payment terms will apply and once an order is processed you will be sent an invoice.

Is there a minimum order value?

Yes, the minimum order value for all orders in £350. Orders under £350 (exclusive of V.A.T) may be subject to a delivery charge at the price ruling, at the date of despatch.

When will my order be delivered?

Can I collect my order from Gardman direct?

Collection of orders from our premises is currently unavailable.

Why dont items show when I type the item number into search?

When ordering on the website you don't need to add the deal codes to the end of your search, for example; item code 07523D out of the catalogue had a D on the end but on the website you only need to add 07523, then once you reach the deal quantity the website will pickup the deal code and add it in the back end.

Pre Orders

When ordering the pre order items on the website you have to meat the minimum ammount of £350 on the pre order items as well as the normal items as this is treated as two individual orders.

Gardman Delivery Information

Orders received into the Sales Office for processing on a Monday or Tuesday morning will normally be delivered same week – orders received at all other times orders are normally delivered within 5 working days - this applies to Mainland UK.

Exceptions to our standard deliveries may occur to some Customers situated in the Highlands and Islands. Other delays may occur over Bank Holiday periods.

Orders under a set value (exclusive of V.A.T.), which will be advised to you from time to time, may be subject to a delivery charge at the price ruling at the date of despatch.

No guarantee can be given that Goods will be delivered at a time specified. Deliveries made by the Company are subject to availability of transport. The customer shall provide sufficient labour to unload the vehicle within 2 hours of arrival without assistance from the driver.

The Company shall not be liable for any delay in the performance of the contract by reason of any delay or failure of the Customer in supplying any specification required.
