Having effective governance processes in place
A clear process is required to show and deliver our commitment to SD/ CSR and to provide evidence of considerations and actions.
To steer our programme and track external developments we have a SD Steering Group which meets quarterly. This consists of the Chief Executive Officer, UK Managing Director, Marketing Director, Operations Director, Purchasing Director and Product Standards Manager.
Our Product Standards Manager is tasked with supporting each of these functions by co-ordinating the process and ensuring that the strategy, action plans and policies are run in a cohesive way through effective communication and leadership, supported by the Steering Group and specifically the Chief Executive Officer.
