Gardman Ready For Growth

Gardman has announced that it has signed a deal for 242,000 sq feet of new warehouse space in West Lynn, just minutes away from its main warehouse operations in Kings Lynn, Norfolk.

“It’s key for us to ensure that we hold sufficient stock for our retail customers and as we are in a growth phase, it’s imperative that we have sufficient space,” says John Brindle, Operations Director. “Even though we have released some space at Ely, the new warehouse represents a net gain of around 100,000 sq ft.”

The proximity of the new space also means distribution is more efficient both in terms of cost and road miles.

John Brindle added, “It’s not often that the right space becomes available in the right location, but the timing was ideal and we will be in an excellent position for next year’s trading.”
