Gardman Focus on NPD at Glee

Once again Gardman will be launching 100s of new products at Glee but there’s even more to the Gardman story at Glee 2011.  There will be a brand new stand design to show off its new 2012 ranges plus a new category launch due to be unveiled at the exhibition.

For the first time ever, Gardman launched its wild bird care ranges (including a new British Trust for Ornithology range) and its garden living range in June.  The early timing was designed to meet the deadlines for the lucrative pre Christmas market and it gave the sales team an opportunity to devote more time to customers.

These new wild bird care and garden living ranges will have a high profile on the Gardman stand at Glee but they will be joined by dozens of new products which will refresh existing ranges such as decorative gardening (hanging garden, arches and obelisks), gardening (Grow It!, plant support and irrigation), garden lighting and doormats.  The new candle and candle hardware range will be on show for the first time along with some stunning new topiary products.

Exhibition visitors will also have the opportunity to view Gardman’s merchandising displays which have been carefully designed with both customers and consumers in mind.

Tim Stainton, Gardman’s UK managing director, says “This year the stand is all about new product development.  We’ve had an extremely positive response as a result of our June range launches, partly because of the early timing and partly because of the design, quality and merchandising of the products themselves.  And now Glee is a tremendous opportunity to show these ranges again along with many other new developments in other product areas and merchandising.  We’re very excited about our new category launch at the show and we’re looking forward to receiving feedback from customers and other visitors.”

Gardman will also be introducing its 1 metre bay modular merchandising system which will fit with virtually all its ranges.
