Customer services

Gardman prides itself on excellent service to both retail customers and their customers - members of the Public.

Retailer queries are handled by Wendy Towers and her Sales Office team who do an outstanding job in both maintaining and improving our service record.

All consumer queries and a small number of complaints are handled by Ann Nasmith, Eilene Keeling & Jody Wright.

Ann Nasmith - Customer Service Manager & PA to the Chairman says:
'We have a success rate of well above 99.99% in terms of quality issues or consumer queries. But the balance, however small as a percentage, still results in over 8,000 contacts, stockist requests, e-mails, letters or faxes per year - not bad out of over 40 million individual products sold. Each one is individually dealt with, in many cases by 'phone, but where necessary in writing. All contacts are logged and analysed each month. We're very proud of the fact that we've got literally thousands of customers and many more satisfied consumers and we have the letters to prove it'
